Product and scope

The service is a personalized PDF digital report prepared from birth data and context submitted by the customer. The deliverable is intended for personal reading and is currently written in Spanish unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise.

Price, checkout, and confirmation

The visible website price is $9 USD, unless a published offer or promotion clearly shows something different. Payment is processed through the checkout flow displayed on the site at the time of purchase. We may rely on providers such as Creem for payment processing, billing, receipts, taxes, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.

Information the customer must provide

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate data, including birth date, time, place of birth, delivery email, and main topic. If the exact birth time is unknown, that should be stated clearly so the interpretive scope can be adjusted.

Delivery and estimated timing

The published operational timing is 8-12 page PDF delivered by email within 48 hours. That timing begins once payment is confirmed and we have received the completed form. Delivery may happen by email or through a private download link.

Corrections and limited revisions

If we make a material error in preparation or delivery, we will make a reasonable correction at no extra cost. If the issue is caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, we will try to help when work has not started yet; after a certain stage in the process, a new order may be required.

Cancellations, refunds, and disputes

You may request a cancellation and refund if work on your personalized report has not started yet. Once the custom analysis has begun, or once the PDF has been delivered, the sale becomes final because this is a made-to-order digital product.

If you were charged twice, if we cannot prepare the report from the information provided, or if more than 48 hours pass after we receive the completed form without delivery or a status update, contact us so we can review the case.

If the issue was caused by us, we will correct the report at no extra cost. If the submitted data was incorrect, we will try to adjust the report if work has not started yet; after delivery, a new order may be required.

Personal use of the report

Unless explicitly authorized in writing, the report is delivered for the buyer's personal use and not for resale, sublicensing, mass publication, or commercial redistribution.

Website intellectual property

The public website content, writing, design, brand elements, and images remain the property of their respective owners. The site does not publish internal prompts, private notes, or operational assets from the local lab.

Permitted use and boundaries

This report is provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight only. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice. Chinese astrology describes symbolic and probabilistic tendencies, not a fixed destiny.

The service must not be used to diagnose, replace professional advice, manipulate third parties, or present symbolic patterns as guaranteed outcomes.

Limitation of liability

The report offers symbolic and probabilistic interpretations for entertainment and reflection. The customer remains fully responsible for their own personal, professional, medical, legal, or financial decisions.
